Recruitment of Managers in Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd(SPMCIL)

The Company invites applications for following posts having all India transfer/posting liability:

Deputy General Manager(Marketing): 01 Post
Qualification: 2 years full time Master’s Degree in Marketing Management/MBA having specialization in Marketing from a reputed University/ Management Institute with minimum 60% marks either in graduation or post-graduation level/MBA.
Experience: 15 years post qualification relevant experience in Executive Cadre, out of which minimum 3 years in one level below, i.e., in the pay-scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 7600/- (pre-revised Rs. 12000-16500/-) Central DA Pattern or in equivalent scale at E-5 level in the scale of pay of Rs.32900-58000/- in PSU or at equivalent level of scale in a reputed private sector company having turnover of at least Rs.75 crores.
Pay: Rs.37400- 67000/- with grade pay of Rs.8700/-
Age: 50 years

Deputy Manager(Marketing): 01 Post
Qualification: 2 years full time Master’s Degree in Marketing Management/MBA having specialization in Marketing from a reputed University/ Management Institute with minimum 60% marks either in graduation or post-graduation level/MBA.
Experience: 7 years post qualification experience in marketing as Executive out of which minimum 3 years experience in one level below, i.e., in the pay-scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (pre-revised Rs. 8000-13500/-) Central DA Pattern or in equivalent scale at E-2 level in the scale of pay of Rs.20600-
46500/- in PSU or at equivalent level of scale in a reputed private sector company having turnover of at least Rs.75 crores.
Pay: Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.6600/-
Age: 40 years

Officer(Marketing): 04 Posts
Qualification: 2 years full time Master’s Degree in Marketing Management/MBA having specialization in Marketing from a reputed University/ Management Institute with minimum 60% marks either in graduation or post-graduation level/MBA.
Experience: Induction level.
Pay: Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs.4800/-
Age: 30 years

Deputy Manager(Technical): 01 Post
Qualification: 1st Class B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience: 7 years post-qualification experience as an Executive in the field of paints, varnishes, inks or allied products. Out of which 3 years experience in one grade below of Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent in Public Sector (E-2) or reputed private company having more than Rs.75 crore annual turnover.
Pay: Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.6600/-
Age: 40 years

Officer(Technical): 02 Posts
Qualification: 1st Class B.Tech degree/B.E. degree in Chemical
engineering or equivalent from recognized University/Institution.
Experience: Experience as an Officer in any reputed establishment engaged in the field of manufacturing and supply of paints/varnishes, inks or allied products.
Pay: Rs.9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs.4800/-
Age: 30 years

Manager(Mint): 02 Posts
Qualification: 1st Class B.Tech in Electrical or Electronic or Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience:

  • Ten years’ post-qualification experience in the Executive cadre in Operation/ Production/ Inspection, Quality-Control/ Tool Design or Maintenance in any of the Industry or Organization dealing with manufacturing or fabrication of Ferrous/Non-Ferrous Metal Sheets/Metal Presses etc.
  • Candidates should have 3 years experience in one level below, i.e., in the pay-scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.6600/- (pre-revised Rs. 10000-15200/-) Central DA Pattern or in equivalent scale at E-3 level in the scale of pay of Rs.24900- 50500/- in PSU or at equivalent level of scale in a reputed private sector company having turnover of at least Rs.75 crores.

Pay: Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.7600/-
Age: 45 years

Deputy Manager(Assay): 02 Posts
Qualification: 1st Class B.Tech in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering or 1st Class M.Sc.(Chemistry) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution;
Experience:

  • Seven years post-qualification experience of assaying or refining of precious metals or research experience in allied areas.
  • Candidates should have 3 years experience in one level below, i.e., in the pay-scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (pre-revised Rs. 8000-13500/-) Central DA Pattern or in equivalent scale at E-2 level in the scale of pay of Rs.20600- 46500/- in PSU or at equivalent level of scale in a reputed private sector company having turnover of at least Rs.75 crores.

Pay: Rs.15600- 39100/- with grade pay of Rs.6600/-
Age: 40 years
