Qualification:

  • B. E / B. Tech / MBA from a premier institute
  • Overall 3 – 5 years of experience… including atleast 2-3 years in Analytics / data modeling work
  • Experience in creative models, deep analysis and strategic planning

HR Executive: 01 Post
Qualification:

  • MBA / PGD in HR/ PM&IR from a reputed institute
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in diverse HR roles and some experience in HR Generalist role
  • Proficient in MS Office

Analyst (Financial Inclusion): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • B. E / B. Tech / MBA from a premier institute
  • Overall 3 – 5 years of experience… including experience in public policy, financial services and analytics

Manager (IT System): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science or any other Engineering Discipline/ MCA
  • 4-6 years experience in the IT industry
  • 3-5 years experience in managing Hardware, Software and Networking systems

Manager (Data Centre): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • B. Tech/ M. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute
  • 4-6 years experience in Data Centre management …preferably with knowledge of data centre design and commissioning
  • Experience in data centre certifications… BS7799 /other industry certification

Manager (Helpline Operations): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • MBA / B. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute
  • Overall 8 – 10 years of experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading business process reengineering/process improvement engagements

Manager (Vendor Management): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • MBA / B. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute
  • Overall 8 – 10 years of experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading business process reengineering/process improvement engagements

Manager (Logistics): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • MBA / B. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute
  • Overall 8 – 10 years of experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading logistics / supply chain processes /process improvement engagements
  • Experience with executing and delivering process Improvements

Manager (Training): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • Graduate with an MBA / PGD in HR/ PMIR
  • 5 -10 years of experience in diverse roles and minimum 4 years of experience in handling training & development function in a Service organization

Manager (Enrollment Process): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • MBA / B. Tech. / MCA from a premier institute
  • Overall 8 – 10 years of experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading business process reengineering/process improvement engagements
  • Proficient in MS Office

Manager (Monitoring & Coordination): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • 5 to 10 years of varied experience in accounting/finance function

Senior Manager (Project Management & Monitoring): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a premier institute or Masters Degree in Management/ Technology from a reputed institute
  • Overall 10 – 15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary functions and 5 – 10 years of experience in project management function
  • Project Management Certification preferred Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, PERT-CPM and other Project Management Tools

Senior Manager (Legal): 01 Post
Qualification:

  • Any Graduate with a bachelors / masters degree in Law
  • 15-20 years of experience including in Constitutional Law and policy matters
  • Experience of working in a government setup

Senior Manager (Application Software): 02 Posts
Qualification:

  • B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science or any other Engineering Discipline/ MCA
  • 10-12 years experience in Software Project Management
  • 5-7 years experience in managing large scale Software Development programs

Software Developer: 02 Posts
Qualification:

  • B. E / B. Tech / BS in engineering, computer science or related field
  • 3+ years software development experience, including experience developing, testing and maintaining moderately complex software programs

Senior System Analyst (Technical Support): 10 Posts
Qualification:

  • Graduate with 3-5 years experience in programming / systems analysis
  • Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
  • Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user support

System Analyst (Technical Support): 10 Posts
Qualification:
