Grade II-Engineer(Design)/Purchase Officer/Stores Officer/Finance/Accounts (Officer)/HR Officer: 205 posts (UR-101,SC-25,ST-11,OBC-68)
Grade III-Deputy Manager(Design)/Deputy Manager(Purchase)/(Stores)/(Material Planning)/Deputy Manager(Quality)/Deputy Manager(Planning)/(Projects): 32 posts (UR-18,SC-3,ST-2,OBC-9)
Grade IV-Manager(Design)/Manager(Planning)/(Projects)/Manager(IT)/Manager(Finance)/(Accounts): 21 posts (UR-13,SC-2,ST-2,OBC-4)
Grade V-Senior Manager(Design): 01 post (UR-1)
Application Fee: Rs.400/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favour of “ ARDC- HAL” payable at Bangalore. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from payment of application fees.
