The Institute invites applications from talented and motivated candidates to work in the challenging area of Ocean Technology against the following Regular/Project posts:

Regular/Project Posts:
Scientist – C: 03 Posts
Pay: PB-3–Rs.15,600–39,100 + 6600

Scientist – B: 01 Post
Pay: PB-3–Rs.15,600–39,100 + 5400

Skilled Technical Staff : 02 Posts
Pay: PB-1–Rs.5,200 – 20,200 + 1900

In case the candidate is not suitable for Regular Post, she/he may be considered for the project post on consolidated salary as given below:
Project Scientist–II(Equivalent to Scientist – C)
Pay: Rs. 41,400 to 46,900

Project Scientist–I(Equivalent to Scientist – B)
Pay: Rs. 39,400 to 44,600

Project Skilled Assistant(Equivalent to Skilled Technical Staff)
Pay: Rs. 13,000 to 14,700

Project Accounts Officer: 01 Post
Pay: Rs. 39,400 to 44,600

Project Senior Assistant: 01 Post
Pay: Rs. 24,900 – 28,200

Project Junior Assistant(Hindi): 01 Post
Pay: Rs. 13,000 to 14,700

Last Date: 15.07.2010 (22.07.2010 for candidates from far_flung areas)
