Recruitment of LDC, Steno & Peon in Employees’ State Insurance Corporation(ESIC) Punjab
Applications are invited in the prescribed format for filling up the following vacancies at ESIC Regional Office, Chandigarh Punjab.
Lower Division Clerks(LDC): 25 posts(UR-15, SC-5, OBC-5)
Pay Band: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1900
Age: 18-27 years.
Qualification:
- Higher Secondary Pass (Pass in 12th Standard) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Working knowledge of computer including use of Office suites and data base with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi.
Stenographers: 05 posts(UR-2, SC-2, OBC-1)
Pay Band: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400
Age: 18-27 years.
Qualification:
- Higher Secondary Pass (Pass in 12th standard) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Stenography ( English / Hindi)
- Working knowledge of computer including Office Suites and database
Peon: 24 posts(UR-10, SC-10, OBC-4)
Pay Band: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1800
Age : 18-27 years.
Qualification: 10th Standard Pass with English from a recognized educational Institution under the 10+2 system.
Relaxation in age as per rules.
Application Fee: Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque of Rs.200/- for the post of Steno and LDC and Rs.100/- for the post of Peon to be drawn on the State Bank of India in favour of Regional Director, ESI Corporation, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh. (ST/ST/Ex.SM/Women/PH candidates are exempted from fee)
